April 26th, 2022 – YouMap announced today that it was named the Best Visual Design – Function People’s Voice Winner for the apps and software category at the 26th Annual Webby Awards Internet Celebration. 

Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet. Established in 1996, this year’s Webby Awards received nearly 14,000 entries from all 50 states and 70 countries worldwide. Nominees and The Webby Award Winners are selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS), composed of internet industry-leading experts.

YouMap will be honored at the 26th Annual Webby Awards in New York City on May 16th, hosted by Roy Wood Jr.along with other Webby Special Achievement honorees. This list includes Megan Thee Stallion (Webby Artist of the Year), Anil Dash and Kevin McCoy (Webby Lifetime Achievement), Takashi Murakami (Webby Special Achievement), Drew Barrymore (Webby Special Achievement), Adam Scott (Webby Best Actor), and #saygay (Webby Social Movement of the Year).
