Observer witnesses 40-foot white cigar-shaped object moving slowly eastward at approximately 600 feet altitude, completely unaffected by 15-30mph winds that were moving clouds. Object had no visible wings, engines, or noise. Duration: 15 seconds. Object disappeared below tree line before photo could be taken. Location: West of Albany International Airport.
