Two observers witnessed large vertical shaft/cylinder of blue light coming from sky to ground, appearing like a big tunnel or tube of light. Object was tall as clouds before clouds obscured it. Observed from street corner with school behind observers. Witnesses included FaceTime call to mother and boss who had also seen it minutes before. Duration extended beyond observation period.
