Witness recorded sunset from condo balcony when two extremely fast-moving lights appeared on camera moving northeast. Primary object nearly impossible to track with naked eye due to extreme speed, with second black dot object only visible on video review. Objects moved erratically up and down, not in formation, disappearing within 2 seconds. Speed described as too fast for human technology.
