Small fast moving white lights in the sky moving quickly, sometimes making nimble direction changes, but most following the same path. Most lights traveled individually, but occasionally 2-3 would appear to be racing. Silent flight with no sound observed. Duration >1 hour, witnessed by 2 observers on beach near Ferris wheel.
