Silent triangular craft with lights observed traveling southeast from northwest direction. Over 100 feet estimated size, not detected on local radar despite clear night visibility. Video evidence available. Craft maintained continuous speed at approximately 150 knots at 3000 feet distance. Clear triangular shape visible with series of lights on back of craft during bright moonlit night.
