Three observers witnessed dark charcoal rectangular craft with 5 steady white lights flying silently at low altitude. Object size of passenger plane with protrusion from left side, completely silent operation. Flew directly overhead at 30-50 mph estimation. Duration: 3 minutes. Photos captured showing rear view of object. Observed near plaza with Applebee's restaurant.
