Security personnel at nuclear power plant witnessed multiple disk-shaped objects through night vision optics. One large translucent disk appeared, made no noise, traveled from northwest to southeast. Objects exhibited right-angle turns, speed changes, and disappearing/reappearing behavior at estimated 30,000-40,000 feet altitude.
