Cattle ranch monitor observed extraordinary phenomenon of 500-1000 circular blue objects moving in cluster formation at satellite speed. Initially noticed bright star that began dimming, then realized every star overhead was moving north-south except for few stationary ones. Objects were clustered together (not Starlink formation). Witness's phone lost power when attempting to record, then mysteriously restarted when objects disappeared.
