Single observer witnessed three bright white/blue lights forming triangle pattern that slowly rotated for nearly an hour. Lights dimmed and brightened cyclically, with one light disappearing at certain angles and reappearing. Sighting lasted from 5:30 AM to 6:27 AM, observed from vehicle and home driveway.
