Two witnesses observed star-like object that moved at upward angle, flashed very bright light, stopped completely, then rapidly shot away in different direction. Object changed direction, trajectory and speed demonstrating impossible flight characteristics. Duration 20 seconds during evening dog walk. Clearly not a shooting star or conventional aircraft according to witnesses.
