Black triangular craft with green and white lights observed descending low to ground while driving home from work. Object was 10ft x 10ft, flying 20-50ft above ground level, heading east on E 87th street then turning south toward Lamar street. Witness able to get close observation and create detailed sketch. Silent operation with visible lights.
