I need more information to complete this description. The text appears incomplete—it cuts off at "The event will start with" and is missing key details like: - Festival name - Dates - Location - Types of performances/dance styles - Number of performers or companies competing - Specific prizes or funding amounts Could you provide the complete information about this festival so I can create an accurate 420-character teaser?
